Patagonia continues to offer a comprehensive selection of performance base layers in both Capilene polyester and merino wool. And all of Patagonia鈥檚 base layers are now
bluesign-approved. This means that all chemicals and finishes have been vetted
to be free of toxins and reflect the most progressive possible environmental
standards. Additionally, the company now sources its merino from Patagonia, Argentina, in a joint venture with and , an Argentine company working to improve the economic, environmental, social, and human sustain颅ability of the sheep-based supply chain. In collaboration with The Nature Conservancy, Ovis is developing and implementing sustainable grazing prac颅tices that actually regenerate grasslands once destroyed by grazing.
The Super Alpine and Super Pluma Jackets have updated Gore-Tex Proshell, offering unsurpassed protection with significantly better breathability.
Patagonia's iconic Nano Puff and Regulator Technical Fleece collections have both been updated for this coming fall, as well. The fit is now longer and narrower; the brick quilting pattern has been reworked and is now used across the woman's line; and thread, storm flaps, and zippers have been improved.
Patagonia's also introducing its new luggage line, which includes wallets, ski bags, packs, and travel gear. Key new products include the Mass Sling, Critical
Mass Pack, Black Hole Snow Rollers (for skis and snowboards), and the Black Hole Wheeled Duffel.
