I鈥檓 a born and raised New Yorker, and I was drawn out west from the Empire State to work at 国产吃瓜黑料. Before making the move, I was going to school and working in Manhattan every day, and my clothing choices reflected the city鈥檚 business-first style鈥擨 was very much a slacks, long-sleeved dress shirt,聽and polished shoes kind of guy.
Luckily, the outdoor industry is bit more laid back, and I鈥檝e adopted a slightly more casual wardrobe since then. Now I鈥檓 a jeans, short sleeves,聽and hiking boots kind of guy. The ($69) lets me get away with being more comfortable at the office without looking like a schlub who just rolled out of bed. But I could probably wear it to sleep and no one would notice, given that the聽breezy cotton-polyester blend is wrinkle resistant, not to mention it keeps me cool and is thin enough to fit nicely under a jacket or sweater. The pearl snaps add a touch of class. If my sunglasses smudge up, there鈥檚 a hidden microfiber patch on the inside hem that wipes away grime, and the long cut fits my six-foot-two-inch frame perfectly, so I don鈥檛 have to聽worry聽it鈥檒l ride up. Tuck it in or leave it out, the H Bar B is the perfect work-travel-anything shirt.
