This vegan take on the popular sandwich swaps meat for grilled Field Roast steaks smothered with a flavorful, spicy sauce. Many of the traditional flavors and textures remain, though, including a crunchy bite of fresh vegetables and a swipe of creamy (vegan) mayo.
