Tamika Caston-Miller
Tamika Caston-Miller is a yoga educator and urban farmer working to disrupt harmful systems that have created marginalization and harm on and off the mat. She has been practicing yoga for 25 years, teaching for 12 years, and training for 5 years.
Tamika is the founder of , and the co-owner of , an intersectional Third Space and urban farm in the Houston south side. She grows communities and flowers that create more love, beauty, and interconnectedness in the world.
